Tracking:

Once we have shipped your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, if you cannot see this email please check your spam. Enter your tracking number into the Australia Post website and track your orders delivery.

Return Policy:

Full price items in their original packaging and unworn condition can be returned within 5 days of being delivered. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept refunds, exchanges or returns on any earrings.

Return Cost:

The cost of shipping to return your order is non- refundable and the cost of shipping on your original order is non- refundable.

Return Processing:

Once we have received and approved your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 48hrs. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the funds back into your account.

To prevent unnecessary waste, the number of shell jewellery boxes is according to the size of individual orders. If you would like more than one jewellery box for gifting purposes, please let us know before placing the order here or leave a note in your order.
