If your order is delayed:

Once we have shipped your package any shipping delays are completely out of our hands. Please contact Australia Post before contacting us if you are experiencing shipping delays.

Duties & Taxes:

Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to. Charges differ in each country depending on the regulations.

 

Malakai the Label is not responsible for any packages lost in transit, damaged in transit or delays. We will not replace any packages lost or damaged in transit.

       

Our Packaging

With sustainability and high quality at the forefront of Malakai the Label, our packaging is completely reusable, recyclable and compostable. Your jewellery will come in a 100% oxo- biodegradable d2w mailer, with a sterling silver polishing cloth, packaged beautifully in our signature velvet shell jewellery box. 

To prevent unnecessary waste, the number of shell jewellery boxes is according to the size of individual orders. If you would like more than one jewellery box for gifting purposes, please let us know before placing the order at info@malakaithelabel.com or leave a note at checkout.
