Returns & Exchanges Policy


We want you to love your Malakai jewellery, however if you have changed your mind, you can return your item within 5 days of receiving your purchase. If you are eligible to receive a refund or exchange, you must provide proof of your order. 


We do accept refunds if:

  • You request a refund within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused and in it's original condition.
  • The item was bought at full price.
  • The item is not earrings. 


We do not accept refunds on:

  • For hygiene reasons, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on earrings, unless the item is faulty. 
  • Gift vouchers.
  • Purchases made at a stockist.
  • Any items purchased during a sale are final, unless the item is faulty.
  • Items purchased using a discount/promo code are only eligible for a store credit, unless the item is faulty.  


Returns Cost:

The cost of shipping to return your order is non- refundable and the cost of shipping on your original order is non- refundable.


Returns Processing:

All return items will be inspected and checked once received and it remains at the discretion of Malakai the Label as to whether the item is eligible for a refund based on the conditions above. Once we have received and approved your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 48hrs. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the funds back into your account.  


How to return an item

  1. Lodge your return enquiry by contacting us here, including your reason for refund, your name and your order number.
  2. Take the package to your local post office in its original packaging and return to sender.
  3. Once we have received your return please allow up to five days to receive your refund after we have inspected and approved your returned item/s. 


Faulty or Damaged Items

We understand that nobody is perfect, and neither are we. If you do receive a faulty item, we will do our best to make sure that you get the best possible outcome. 

If you have received an item which you believe to be faulty or damaged please contact us immediately at and include 2-3 clear images of the item and your order details. We will be in touch with you for the next steps.
